Questions
Do you deliver on Sunday?
No. Sunday is pickup only, noon to 8 pm, at all our locations. Delivery runs Monday to Saturday.
What happens at the door?
Our driver checks a valid photo ID for the person receiving the order, every time. They must be 21 or older and sober. We can't leave an order at the door, with a neighbor or with anyone under 21.
What if nobody is home or the ID check fails?
The order goes back to the store and we release the hold on your card. We'll explain what happened by email.
When is my card charged?
We place a hold when you order and charge only what we hand over, after the ID check. If something is out and you chose a swap, the swap is the same price or less.
Can I tip the driver?
If you'd like to. The tip starts at $0 and every cent goes to your driver.
Can you deliver to campus or to Michigan?
We only deliver to Indiana addresses, and not to campus residence halls. Pickup is always open to everyone 21 and older.
