Terms of sale

Orders on this site are sold by the Blarney Stone Wine & Spirits store you choose, under that store's Indiana permit. Each order is rung up at that store before it's handed over or sent with a driver.

• Prices. The price on the site is the price the register rings at that store. Prices are shown before tax; Indiana sales tax of 7% applies to items and to the delivery fee. We don't offer online-only prices or promo codes.
• Payment. Credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We place a hold when you order and charge only what we hand over, once, after the ID check. A hold we don't use is released; your bank decides how fast it disappears.
• Out of stock. If something is out, we follow the choice you made at checkout. A swap is the same price or less. If you approve a swap that costs more, you pay the difference separately or at the counter.
• Pickup. We hold a ready order for 48 hours, then restock it and release the hold.
• Delivery. Monday to Saturday from participating stores, Indiana addresses only, not to campus residence halls. No delivery on Sunday. Delivery fee and minimum are shown before checkout.
• Tips. Optional, start at $0, and go entirely to the driver who delivers your order.
• Cancels and refunds. Cancel before we start picking and nothing is charged. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
• Not sold online. Kegs, cigarettes, vapes, tobacco and gift cards.

Alcohol and ID

You must be 21 or older to use this site and to buy alcohol. We check a valid, unexpired photo ID at every pickup and every delivery, no matter how old you look. We can't hand an order to anyone under 21, anyone who appears intoxicated, or anyone without ID, and we never leave alcohol at a door. If the check fails, the order goes back to the store and we release the hold on your card.

When we scan an ID we keep only the birth date, the type of ID, the last 4 digits of its number and whether it passed. We don't keep a copy of your license.

Privacy

We collect what we need to fill your order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, what you ordered and the ID check result above. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

• We use your information to fill and support your orders, to apply member deals, and to keep the records Indiana requires of alcohol sales and deliveries.
• We never sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run orders (payment, email and delivery-tracking providers), and when the law requires it.
• We use privacy-friendly site statistics with no advertising trackers.
• You can ask us what we have about you, or to correct or delete it, at any store or by calling. Some order records must be kept for the time Indiana law requires.

Updates about your order

We email you updates about your order and your receipt. We do not send our own text messages about orders. For delivery orders, our delivery partner sends one text with a live driver map to the phone number you gave us, so the driver can reach you. Message and data rates may apply. Texts about deals and new arrivals are separate and only go to people who sign up on our texts page.
