Pickup
How fast is pickup?
Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes while the store is open. We let you know as soon as it's bagged.
What do I bring?
A valid, unexpired photo ID showing you're 21 or older: a driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID. We check it every time. Sending someone else? Call the store first.
Can I pick up on Sunday?
Yes, noon to 8 pm. Orders placed Sunday morning are ready after noon.
How long will you hold my order?
48 hours after it's ready. After that we put it back on the shelf and release the hold on your card.
Delivery
Where and when do you deliver?
From Union St, Miami St, Olive St and SB Ave, up to 6 miles around each store, Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm. No delivery on Sunday. Indiana addresses only. Online ordering is open at Union St and Miami St for now. Olive St and SB Ave are next, and you can call them to order today.
What does it cost?
$5.99 to $7.99 depending on how far the address is (we measure from the store), free over $100 in items after deals. $50 minimum. A tip is optional and goes to your driver.
Paying
When is my card charged?
We place a hold when you order and charge only for what you take home, at pickup or delivery after the ID check. If something is removed, you pay less.
How do I pay?
Credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Indiana law doesn't allow pay-later plans for alcohol.
Are online prices the same as the store?
Yes. Every price and deal on the site is the price the register rings at that store. Prices are shown before tax; Indiana sales tax is 7%.
Out of stock, swaps and refunds
What if something is out?
At checkout you choose: swap for something similar, remove it, or let us ask you first. A swap is always the same price or less.
How do I cancel?
Call the store before we start picking and we'll cancel and release the hold. Nothing is charged.
What we sell online
Is everything in the store online?
Almost. Kegs, cigarettes, vapes, tobacco and gift cards are store only. Call ahead for kegs.
Is stock live?
Stock is updated daily from the store, and checked again when you order. Beer counts are shown as 'usually in stock' at some stores; we'll offer a swap if we're out.
